God is more than mind (soul)---He is Spirit.

that's true .. many don't know He is a soul too ..
God is three. Body, mind and Spirit---just as we are.
you do know there is both a soul and spirit ???
emotion are nothing more then the outward expression of who you are .. so why should that end ???

note: spirit is applicable to both body's or soul's "life force" ..

h5315 נֶפֶשׁ nephesh = soul (who you are)
h7307 רוּח ruwach = spirit (your life force)
note: spirit is applicable to both body's or soul's "life force" ..
Isa 42:1 “Behold, My Servant, whom I uphold; my chosen one in whom My soul h5315 delights. I have put My Spirit h7307 upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations.
Job 7:11 “Therefore I will not restrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit h7307, I will complain in the bitterness of my soul h5315.
notice the emotions connected with the nephesh/psyche ..

this is a VERY important verse above to understanding God ..

so God put spirit (life force) into Adam and He became a living (gave life to his) soul ..
note: "being" is a poor translation as nephesh (h5315) = soul ..
the KJV got it right ..
so man is a living soul, in the likeness of God ..
the Father says: "my soul delights" ..
this is a VERY important verse above to understanding God ..

For when the trumpet sounds, those who have died will be raised to live forever. And we who are living will also be transformed. 53 For our dying bodies must be transformed into bodies that will never die; our mortal bodies must be transformed into immortal bodies.
You read it. I already know that we will have new, immortal flesh bodies.
You do know that communicating with caps is akin to shouting, don't you? Bad form.
We will receive glorified flesh bodies---just like Jesus has! That verse you are referencing is talking about our bodies as they are now---subject to decay. We won't need blood in the Kingdom, but we will need physical bodies to be able to rule with Christ here in the Millennial Kingdom and after, in the New Earth.
