Having sin isn't the issue. All have sin. Believing is the issue. In Hebrew 11 you can read why Abraham was saved. In the bible we read that not only the sinners where punished but the whole family or country. But we can also read that not 1 person was blessed but his whole family. So I believe that depending on the faith of the parents babies go one place or the other.
Why not. Different groups of people are topic of discussion whether or not they are saved. Why not discussing the little ones.
It's not that I like that they are not saved. I'm glad that I am not the one to make such decisions.

The bible says
Ezekiel 18:20King James Version (KJV)
20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
