There are multiple levels of my Bible access.
Sometimes I am praying, and have a Bible handy because as I talk to God and God guides my thoughts in response, I find it helpful to verify and connect these thoughts with scripture (This helps me avoid self delusion and thinking it was God talking).
Sometimes I am study-meditating, which for me is a kind of free-form thoughtful study. I often have books or materials from everyday life as well as the Bible.
Sometimes I am just reading. I usually continue on from where I left off last time, or use that topic to suggest where to go next.
Sometimes I am in quiet prayer where I an soul searching and both confessing problems in my life and praising Him for the blessings around me. A Bible is likely to be close, and I may consult it, but this is about brining my soul to God and letting Him instruct me.
I have several recordings of the Bible, and sometimes when I am outside cleaning my yard, etc, I 'have my ears on'.
So yes, I look into God's word every day. Not all methods on all days, but several times per day. At several times in my life I had a set routine that included both deep study and devotional reading times. I benefited greatly at those times, but at those times, I was juggling many endeavors, and that structure was necessary. I now have a greater amount of flexibility in my day, and I seem to find time everyday.
I find that even times that I am not doing Bible study, my thoughts keep returning to one aspect of my studies or another.
