Just trying to help you out............ Bro-tan has said that walking in God's Law, statutes, and judgements is walking in the Spirit (spirit-man) In other words you need works of the flesh, to walk in the spirit.
That was not what Paul was saying.......... He said stay filled with the Spirit (Anointed) and by walking in the Spirit you fulfill the law. One example out of many.
The law of love God teaches and writes on our heart. One that law of love hang all the rest of the law.
1Th 4:9 kjva But as touching brotherly love ye need not that I write unto you: for ye yourselves are taught of God to love oneanother.
so walking in the Spirit is not keeping laws or statutes, but actually staying filled with the Holy Spirit, walking in that love God himself shows us and sheds abroad in our heart.
I am not going through the rest of his post. I have found it a waste of time.

Amen. Scripture says we have been freed from unrighteousness. We can now choose to walk holy.
Hi,
My understanding of Hebrews 6:4-6 is that being a partaker of the Holy Spirit is by definition one who has been born of God and shares/partakes in the power of the Holy Spirit. (this stands true for all christians no matter their earthly/fleshy heritage) It is one who is born again of the Spirit of God (circumcision of flesh - Colossians 2:11). There is neither Jew nor Greek nor male or female in the Holy Ghost. (Gal. 3:28) We know that no one is saved unless they are born again (ye MUST be born again), according to Jesus in His discussion with Nicodemus (and elsewhere in scripture - many supporting scriptures.) Becoming enlightened and partaking of God's Spirit by the process of 'salvation' (which is an operation of God and not flesh or a verbal testimony), THEN ONE IS IN THE FAITH. No one can fall away from THAT faith, if they were not already in the faith. These scriptures speak to all true christians, not just Jews. Christians can fall away and become apostate by choice.
1 Cor 2: 14 .....an unsaved man cannot understand God, nor discern Him, nor taste Him and is not enlightened nor can he be a partaker of God, unless he is born again/saved.
1 Cor. 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, WHICH TEMPLE YE ARE.
Lets go into 1 John 5: 17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death. If All unrighteousness is sin, then what is sin???? Now it says in (1John 3:4) Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law. Now we have just read the biblical definition of sin, the transgression (breaking) of the law (commandments.) It doesn’t matter what you or I think sin is, it’s what God says sin is that counts. Now you need to understand what is the law (commandment). For example….Jesus said in Matthew 19: 16 And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life? 17 And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments. So Jesus said, “but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments,” No matter what you read in the Bible, these commandments have to be kept to enter into life, you can’t go in know other place in the Bible and try to overturn what Jesus said here, you just can’t. Now let’s read further into what Jesus is saying here in Matthew… Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, 19 Honour thy father and thy mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Therefore, Jesus explains more in detail and what we see here is the following of the Ten Commandments. This includes the Sabbath day on the seventh day of the week (Saturday). What ever else you read in the Bible, understand that this is concrete, cannot be overturn in know way.

How must one be Born Again, according to the word of God.
Well with all due respect, I disagree. I do not want to get into a discussion about the Law vs Grace etc. Let me just say that I believe for a born again son of God, sin is anything that is not acceptable to God. Anything that offends Him and His holiness. Anything or any truth that we reject and will not obey or walk in is sin, as we are guided daily by the Holy Spirit. He convicts us of all sin, so we always know what is sin in God's eyes.Lets go into 1 John 5: 17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death. Rom 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
Rom 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith.
Rom 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
The law in which a Christian lives by is the law of faith.
Gal 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Is salvation given you because you did something, or by the hearing of faith?
Gal 3:5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Ministering by the Spirit is done NOT because of "works", but because of faith.
Gal 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
Gal 3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
Every body wants to know "what must I do to inherit eternal life". Jesus tells this man who asks him what must he do to have life, by asking him question "why are you calling me good, there none good but one which is God". Jesus is telling this person it is not in what you do to receive eternal, it is in what you believe!!! This person thought Jesus was just a "good master", he failed to recognize him as God himself!!!
Later Jesus tells him....
Mat 19:21 Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go and sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come and follow me.
Mat 19:22 But when the young man heard that saying, he went away sorrowful: for he had great possessions.
This man failed because he did not keep the most important commandment in which ALL the other commandments hang upon, and that is, "thou shalt love the Lord thy God will all thy heart mind, soul and strength. Jesus knew this guy could NEVER keep any of the commandments of God which is why he told to. Every single person who attempts this feast will discover they can not keep the law, which is why it was given to show us there is no way it can be done. We needed a savior.
eternal is never given to those who do something to get, it is only given to those who believe by faith in Jesus Christ. These signs shall follow them that believe, not those who do something. What shall we do to have eternal life?
Act 16:30 And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved?
Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house.
Jesus knew this guy could NEVER keep any of the commandments of God which is why he told to.

By the Circumcision of the Flesh
Colossians 2:10-11 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh (the old man) by the circumcision of Christ: There was a putting off of the body. The soul put off the body of sins by the circumcision not made with hands, but by the workmanship of the Father. Salvation is a working or an operation of God. Much of the church has never really understood the extent of what God has done or allowed us to experience at that point of salvation when we are raised onto Life in Christ Jesus. Salvation is an experience and a total transformation into the New Man.
As relating to Colossians 2:10-11.....this scripture explains the spiritual process of being born again. It is defined as “the circumcision of Christ” in us (hence made without human hands). Unless you have been circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, you are not saved. Man cannot be changed from the outside. He must receive a new heredity - a new nature. This can only be done by God. We must be born from above and become a new creature in Christ Jesus.I understand the verse, but I don't see how you connect that with Born again. But one person in the Bible ask a question concerning being Born again. Let’s jump right in a conversation that Jesus was having with a man name Nicodemus.

There are many scriptures in the Word that explain the process of salvation. (not just one) Yes, Jesus' conversation of course is ONE of them. In fact, the entire bible points to Christ and SALVATION.
