Love the stairs! That's really the workers not giving a **** about the end product. Sigh...
Actually, they may have had two different crew chiefs in charge of different floors, and one was reading the blueprints differently, or can't read blueprints because it's the inexperienced kid of the company owner, OR the architect has dyslexia...
Actually, kids would love living in that building with the crisscrossed stairs because of the fun in doing so. As to the gate latch...that's an outflow product of modern, public education, even at the university level these days in America.
