Stir Fry

  1. Stir Fry

    Just made an amazing stir fry, here is the ingrediants.

    Chicken or turkey - Fresh, frozen whatever, just make sure you can cut it into chunks.
    1 Red Pepper
    1 Yellow Pepper
    1 Green Pepper
    1 Orange Pepper
    1/2 Cabbage
    1 Garlic clove
    1/2 Onion (red / white)
    Soy Sauce
    Olive oil / vegetable oil

    Pre-heat over a medium heat some olive oil / vegetable oil in frying pan / wock, or simular.
    Cut meat into chunks, and place in pan.
    Cook until golden brown.
    Prepare Peppers, cabbage, onion, garlic.
    When meat is ready, add the vegetables and add a nice amount of soy sauce.
    Cook for 5 - 10 mins over a medium heat and then serve.

    Serves 2 people nicely.
