Question from an atheist.
First of all, i'm not one of those atheist who are going to spam this site with pointless arguments and so on. I respect your belife, and eventhough i do not share it, i still find it interesting to learn what people belive and all that.
Second. I'm from Norway, so my English isn't all that great, but i will do my best
As far as i have been thought, Jesus did not have any brothers or sisters, eventhough he lived in a time when it was usual to have 5-7 kids.
Joseph and Maria lived together for atleast 12 years- as far as i have understood it, it may be more but from what i have heard, Joseph is nowhere to be found in the bible after the story about Jesus telling him that he is in he's fathers house- the story where Joseph is looking for Jesus and finds him in a church or temple.
So my question is: Wouldnt it be odd for a family living together some 2000 years ago to only have one child? Is there some good explonation to this?
Thanks to enyone who replyes
