Poem#84 Memorial

Poem#84 Memorial

What would our Great Great Grandfather think looking on

From Heaven on the country He died to keep from tyranny

I know theirs no sorrow in Heaven still I feel their Tears

When our 4 Fathers gave us the Declaration of Independence

When they Worked out the Constitution, they would never envisioned

The America they fought for would end up in such backward times

From the Revolutionary war, to the Civil War & every war fought since

For the right to be free & to stay free fighting for Liberty & Justice for all

The Hand of God was upon us & we need to call upon for His Hand Again

If the 4th of July, Memorial Day mean anything to us at all

Then what are we doing letting our Country stay like this

Don’t you think its time to do what’s right by God’s eyes?

We’re at war within our own Country from an Enemy from within

Except this enemy can’t be fought with weapons of this World

The Enemy isn’t of the Flesh, but of spirit of darkness

Taking back the Capital & the White House will only take us so far

Voting in the right People will help, but only if it means putting Prayer

Back in Schools, Fathers returning Home to take back the House

We need the Church to start acting like the Church again in Christ

Letting Jesus be the Head & us the Behaving like His Body praying

Instead of selling & marketing to the Highest bidder

Come on let’s get back to Living the Truth in Biblical Principles

Getting back on our knees at Home, at school & in the Workplace

Republican, Democrat, skin doesn’t matter we’re All American Free

Thanks to the Memorial to those that fought & died with God’s Hand

Blessing us with the Freedom to Love good old USA for it’s People

Now we call on God for His Hand for Revival for His People to Be Free
