Poem#48 Opposite Cross
1st Timothy 1, John 3:17, 1st Corinthians 13, Matthew 7:21-23
If anyone comes in the name of God, but doesn’t Love
Let the Red flag warnings sound alarms to be watchful
Any message opposite of the Cross is not of the Truth
Everyone will have bad days in listening to feelings of the Flesh
Forgetting to express Love with Truth even when meaning well
But should only last until the Holy Spirit reminds us of the Cross
Everyone likes to quote the Famous John 3:16 even those not Saved
While condemning those that not even Jesus came to have Condemn
If only Banner Man had Banner Woman next to Him with John 3:17
Good meaning doesn’t equal good intentions of the selfish heart
Many will come saying their with Jesus, while few will know Jesus
Love doesn’t come with clanging, Love doesn’t boast look at me
Pharisees, Sadducees knew the scriptures of old traditions of law
Yet they couldn’t Recognize the I Am that gave them to fulfill Isaiah
It took a Roman Citizen also a Jew a former Pharisee to see Jesus
On the Road to Domascus though He became blind He could See
The Power, the Message of the Cross the Gospel of Jesus is Love
We Like Paul Chief Sinners we’re blinded, but now we too See Love
Now go like wise in spreading the Good News, let the bad news go
Jesus called us to Feed His Sheep His Love, His Truth to give Hope
That the Already condemned man made famine can be Saved
