Poem#147 The More We Hear
Luke 11, Psalm 23, Psalm 139
God knows what we need, still He’s waiting for us to see Humility
That’s needed to getting our Heart right in the asking of His Desire
God knows the pain we’re feeling, just waiting for us to step through
Faith requires action to the Follow through of asking Jesus in praying
So when Amen, So Be It has been said we’re acting in Trust of Jesus
Believing through Obedience of what Jesus is requiring by Faith
The Woman with the blood disease, believed if only a touch will heal
The action was reaching for the thread on the robe & being Healed
Every thing we ask of Jesus give thanks even in the waiting to move
Don’t be like the Pharisees in asking of God when not seeing Jesus
Who’s the Door that opens to the Shepherd that is our Lord Psalm 23
Seeing when we’re with Jesus we’re lacking nothing, absolutely nothing
Don’t be asking of Jesus with a proud heart that’s full of darkness
Where there should be light & sweeping one area into the hiding place
We’re only deceiving ourselves & inviting more darkness inside
God searches us & knows us even the darkest part inside our heart
God is Light so even darkness is Light to God so remember God sees
God uses Truth & Grace to separate us from Pride so will See Him
The more we hear Jesus, the More we can apply to our everyday walk
The more we walk in the footsteps of Jesus the more humility will find
Living the Love of Jesus will teach us to pray like Jesus, to Love Jesus
