Wrote this in the middle of the night last night after getting up from heart burn, felt these words

Poem#106 God and Bears

Genesis 1, and 2



Watching brown bears at brooks falls Alaska leaves me amazed

Watching through a lense on YouTube at what God’s grace is like

Powerful yet, graceful is the God of all Creation



If God takes care of the Bears through the Winter as they sleep

Waking them up with the Spring thaw & some with new responsibilities

New & old come out of the den with a new season of possibilities



How much more does God watch after us as we sleep planting visions

Waking up to the thawing of our cold hearts wanting to live dreams again

Let new seasons of possibilities overcome the doubts that didn’t pan out



If Bears like Otis live long enough the experience through years take over

With Patience comes wisdom of realizing the truth don’t live life so hard

Like the Salmon for a hungry bear, God will provide in the waiting



If in nature the Bears knows God’s Watching over them in praise

Thanking God for the way their made, then so should we be praising

We should be Praising God in Faith for making us Wonderfully



God and Bears teach us lessons of His Grace & Wisdom in watching

Even as another Mother Bear adopts an orphan cub with 2 of her own

While Mankind continues fight with each other Over what?



Why can’t we learn from God and His Bears that He’s watching

God’s watching over us and His Bears providing them their needs

How much more God provides for our needs through His Word

Like the Salmon for a hungry bear, God will provide in the waiting

I really like this. The bear knows he waits in Faith for the fish. Bears make their way each year in faith to accept His offerings and I have never once seen a sad bear waiting for a fish. Not only do we not know when or where our provision will come from, except from the river, it is heading our way.

Bears don’t know when the last fish before the Winter’s sleep

God does & He whispers to them in the wind it’s time to den down

And God tells us in the Winter of our heart it will be alright



God and bears lets praise God for teaching us through Creation

Life’s too short not to live God’s Will which is light and not heavy

Don’t let pride get in the way of thanks in Gratitude and Joy
