Get up go to the toilet, go down stairs make a cup of tea, kick the dog for laying in front of the fridge,
Smooch around the fridge for a mid night snack, have a scratch, yawn, sleepily stagger back to bed, nudge the wife to stop her snoring, Toss and turn to try and find that sweet spot under the duvet cos you can’t get back to sleep?

Do you get on your knees and say…
Here I am Lord, ready to listen
