  1. I have a tenant who has caused trouble for awhile. We tried to move him from one area to another to work with him and help the other tenants. He caused problem in old and new area. In the old area my first encounter with him I came to give him a 60day notice to vacate property. I made sure I prayed before i came to him and prayed on the way down to his location, 35 plus minute drive. He started cussing and even cussed out God. In my mind, I'm saying, " God where are you?" God showed up. People were even gathering to watch. The guy apologized and said he had never met me and he became very respectful. Now through out the summer he has complained about us paying for a heater in his home even though it's hot. He says the heat system in duplex is not working. We had a professional come out lots of times and the heating and air works better than most is what is being reported. The air condition guy took pictures of 3 heating unit the guy had bought some still in boxes and an area in closet for growing weed. This tenant is good at growing things and he smokes weed, but he also grows great vegetables. He won't pay his rent, or says he will pay but he'll cause us problems next month. He says that my husband helps other people and he just wants us to give him $130.00. He says that when we go to court he'll make up all kinds of things. Court date will be set tomorrow . . .
I just want to see God work even greater miracles than the deliverance out of Egypt! I want this guy saved, his name is Keith Dandridge and wife Jeri. This guy says everything he is thinking without censor. He can see into the spiritual realm, but he's often listening to the wrong voice. Please help with prayer, thx <3

No Matter what walk in LOVE! Nomatter what this guys says........walk in Love. Stick to Gods word and ways. Then you have made a way or area that God can work in. I( have seen it done over and over. Do not allow the flesh to take over even if by the law of the land you have a right to do something. ( did not say no eviction )

  4. Praying for you, Angela, that the Lord will undertake and what is right will prevail, despite your kindness in heart toward this family. He has already detected your kindness, and wants to take advantage of you. God may very well take care of him...by either removing him from your life, or causing him to respond favourably toward you, opening the way for God to use you to bring him and his family to Him! If not, then you have obeyed God by sowing seed. Someone else along the line will continue to sow and/or reap! Either way, you will be rewarded!

  8. claiming Psalms 126
WHEN THE Lord brought back the captives [who returned] to Zion, we were like those who dream [it seemed so unreal]. [Ps. 53:6; Acts 12:9.]
2 Then were our mouths filled with laughter, and our tongues with singing. Then they said among the nations, The Lord has done great things for them.
3 The Lord has done great things for us! We are glad!
4 Turn to freedom our captivity andrestore our fortunes, O Lord, as the streams in the South (the Negeb) [are restored by the torrents].
5 They who sow in tears shall reap in joy andsinging.
6 He who goes forth bearing seed and weeping [at needing his precious supply of grain for sowing] shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

  9. “Now therefore, O Lord our God, I pray, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the Lord God, You alone” (2 Kings 19:19”)

  10. Oh, that You would rend the heavens and come down,
That the mountains might quake at Your presence—
As fire kindles the brushwood, as fire causes water to boil—
To make Your name known to Your adversaries,
That the nations may tremble at Your presence!
When You did awesome things which we did not expect,
You came down, the mountains quaked at Your presence.

  11. Glory be to God! Giving Him the sacrifice of praise in the midst of a storm. It will produce the peace of God and His favor to greatly go before you! For the joy of the Lord is our strength,

    Isaiah 54:14-17
In righteousness shalt thou be established:thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear:and from terror; for it shall not come near thee. Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me:whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Behold, I have created the smiththat bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work;and I have created the waster to destroy. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper;and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord.

Blessings of grace and peace be yours in abundance!

  12. Thank you so much for your words, I will meditate on them throughout my days leading up to court date and after. When I went to give the 3 day notice I did walk up and down the sidewalk by the duplex and worshipped the Lord. Like a battle cry like King David did, lol.

  17. Update on tenant. He called code enforcement office to report me on not having heat. I called out an air-conditioning guy, again, we went out there, heating was checked, one fuse was out, it got replace, house was so hot. While the heating was being looked at I just prayed outside of house and worship Jesus. At first tenant was being real mean, he was with another guy, they were just hanging in the garage door open, drinking beer and smoking weed. After about a hour or so I got a chance to talked to them about the Kingdom of God coming down to earth right now and also listen to their outlook on life. I called code enforcement out, he saw it was working. You'd think that would be the end of that, but this tenant keeps talking crazy and saying he has no heat. The code enforcement guy said to not subpoena him to court, lol. Please pray, thank you :)
  18. Thanks for the update! We will continue to pray. Its awesome that you got to share the kingdom with them and show them the love of God.

    God Bless
