Yes, it is normal for many, many reasons during worship. From what you are describing when you worship I believe are being blessed by God, releasing all the heaviness in your life and for that one moment during worship He is cleansing you.
Theologically, God inhabits our praises when we worship whether praying, singing or having a "listening ear" during the sermon. Another way of putting it, God is present in the atmosphere of His praise.
Psalm 22:3, But you are holy, you who inhabit the praises of Israel.

I think it also (adding to what Bobinfaith said) shows the level/depth of your connection with our Savior. There are a lot of people that cannot feel His presence.
It is a beautiful thing. When I am moved to tears I feel such a closeness to God.
I too always cry when Gods spirit moves me, it’s especially meaningful for me when it’s during worship or praise because I’m just opening myself to God and giving Him all the Glory.
