Scripture says that at Jesus's inauguration on the river that day the high places would be made low and the low places brought high.
How is that? The natural eye doesn't see it. Things going on as they always have.
Scipture says that what the world calls great God calls foolish and what the world calls foolish God calls great. And how is that? Are my desires all wrong?
I might believe I want to be humble but let me have a humbling experience one time and I don't like it.
No wonder scripture says that no one seeks God but God calls man. It must be so different than one would think/desire.
Truly, Godliness is not what we imagine. William Branham would see visions and one would think that would be a wonderful thing, but he said 'don't desire this for you don't know the cost'. A song says 'take me, break me, mold and make me'. I think we sing that much too easily.
