This SUBTROPICAL storm formed out of two combining low pressure areas and is now centered over the western end of Puerto Rico. The storm will move west and will be downgraded to a Tropical Depression within 24 to 36 hours.

This very late season storm is creating mudslides in Hispaniola and flooding. It's track will be mainly over Caribbean waters and will be affecting the commerce shipping channels south of Cuba over the next 5 days. This will be our only recap of this storm UNLESS it's intensity changes. That is not anticipated at this time.
