Babies are born into sin. But until they are born, they are being knitted with God. Babies that are unborn, have not sinned, and are with God. Satan is still the prince of the power of the air. Which is why a savior, Jesus, is needed. Until one chooses to follow Christ, they are still subject to Satan.
