Why The World Rejects God

Discussion in 'Doctrinal Discussions' started by Noblemen, Jul 14, 2016.

  1. There is no such thing as one believer receiving more of God than another.
This would be so foolish as to say that a biological father who has birthed a large family has put more of his seed into one child than he has in another.
What the biological father literally does is to place his seed directly into the mother, and a child is brought forth according to that seed.
It is never the father's intention that one child be lesser or greater than another.
Yet, religion promotes the idea that there is more of God in one person, or in one place, or by one doctrine, or by one understanding than there is in another.
Such foolishness as this has caused the children of the world to openly reject and rebel against God.
When a believer is born again, he receives as much God as any believer.
God does not place more of His Son in one believer than He does in another.

  2. We are given His Spirit True
We are all given the measure of faith true.

Some have a bigger or more demanding calling then others
Example......Pastor/teacher over say a shoe salesman. So some may see more fruit in one over the other.

The big thing for me Noblemen my friend is how folks think God will bless one more then another and claim God will bless some and others He makes poor or what have you.

That is not true. If people tend to be more blessed then you then you need to seek God and find out why because it will always fall back on your end.

( the word you and yours is used in general and is not directed at any one person)

  3. Hi Jim, I understand your point to a point but have to disagree to a degree as well.
When the true gospel is preached, Christ will come forth as each of our individual expressions.
No big I's and little you's, when man is lifted to greater positions, the body becomes weak.

  4. I believe in ministry offices, they are there for the body to grow, I have my opinion on that as well but I'll keep it to myself.
It's like AA for alcoholics, serves a purpose. I believe if a person is in AA for a long period of time, it's become useless.
It served its purpose now move on, that is how I see ministry.
They will hold you back if you don't move on in God.
They can only take you so far mostly for babes.
They will actually hinder your growth.
Unless a Teacher, Preacher, Pastor has had a revelation of Christ as his life he can't preach it.
Paul said this gospel "is a revelation" of the Indwelling Christ. It's that simple, if they are not preaching Paul's gospel he said its junk, be full of men's ideas and no revelation.

    Hi,
Hey I really want to respond but have one problem that I am hoping you will help me with.

I really do not understand what you mean here.
(When the true gospel is preached, Christ will come forth as each of our individual expressions.
No big I's and little you's, when man is lifted to greater positions, the body becomes weak.)

    Thanks

  6. Oh brother what you said here!!
Your take on a ministry lumps those who are called and obey His leading every day and those who Think they are called and Think they are hearing God into one box for babe's.

God has men He has called to preach selling shoes and men He called to sell shoes preaching.

Point here is God has a purpose for ministry and when operating according to His will .......well it prospers every one. Not to mention His plan gets done and it will get done even if He has to bring in substatutes.

So I guess I shall turn thee ol floor back to you. Lol
    Blessings my friend

  7. Yes and no, not trying to lump together, for lack of not trying to explain every point in detail on here in our limited way of posting on a tread, hoping you will know where I'm going on any given quote.
Understanding there are times when that is not possible.
But I have to say brother that most of are minister's do not no this message. Some of the ones that I personally know have told me they can't preach it. Again I would have to go into alot of detail but basically one pastor told me he would lose his pension.
So that in a nutshell is what is happening when revelation begins to flow.
I'm not trying to be critical, I myself was once in the same situation and I had to make a choice.
Seems most of what I do now is minister to other ministers.
I'll also say I know many that do teach-preach this message.

  8. So like we have imitation food and real food in the natural soooo why would we not have healthy natural and imitation processed spiritual food as well.

Look there are churches popping up on every street corner just like fast food dives.

Eat what and where suits you best and what I mean is if you want to be a carnal Christian and keep one foot in this world's system then you have a church to feed on in every city but if you desire health and life giving food then seek God and find out where He wants you and stay there.

Pray for All the Brethren no matter how they are. Lift them up and forgive them and love them. That's our Godly duty unto our most high God !!!

If God leads you to minister unto a minister then do so in love but if it is simply ones self who is leading, well don't follow. ;)
    Blessings my brother and friend.

    ' ... For through Him
    we both have access
    by one Spirit
    unto the Father.
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners,
    but fellowcitizens with the saints,
    and of the household of God;
And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets,
    Jesus Christ Himself being the chief corner stone;
In Whom all the building fitly framed together
groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
In whom ye also are builded together
for an habitation of God through the Spirit. ...
    ... ... ...

' ... For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
Of Whom the whole family - (plural = families)
in heaven and earth is named,
    That He would grant you,
according to the riches of His glory,
    to be strengthened with might
    by His Spirit in the inner man;

    That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;
that ye, being rooted and grounded in love,
May be able to comprehend with all saints
    what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height;
And to know the love of Christ,
    which passeth knowledge,
that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.
    Now unto Him
that is able to do exceeding abundantly
above all that we ask or think,
according to the power that worketh in us,
Unto Him be glory in the church
    by Christ Jesus
    throughout all ages,
    world without end.
    Amen.'

    (Eph 2:18 - 223:14-21)

    Praise God!

    For His wondrous grace

  11. ' I beseech you therefore, brethren,
    by the mercies of God,
that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice,
    holy,
    acceptable unto God,
    which is your reasonable service.
And be not conformed to this world:
but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind,
that ye may prove what is that good,
    and acceptable,
    and perfect,
    will of God.
For I say, through the grace given unto me,
to every man that is among you,
    not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think;
    but to think soberly,
according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.
For as we have many members in one body,
and all members have not the same office:
So we, being many, are one body in Christ,
and every one members one of another.'

    (Romans 12:1 - 5)

There is a great danger of thinking in terms of, 'them and us', when we are outside of main-stream Christianity for one reason or another, but I think we must fight against that attitude. I was brought out of denominationalism a long time ago, and by the grace of God He has kept me, fed me, and enabled me to grow in grace and truth and in the knowledge of Him, and I am confident that He will continue to do so.

I sometimes find myself falling into the trap of thinking in those terms, but it only takes my joy away.

God knows the heart of each one of us, regardless of what path we are on, may His will be fully done in each one of us, for His Name and glory's sake.

    In Christ Jesus
    Chris

Hey Pops, what cha building. I'm an ol' Framer myself, 45 years worth, well should say I run a saw, only under a shade tree lol.
I can still cut a roof (Lord help me) faster than they can hang it, so not bad for an oldtimer. Can't frame much anymore that's a young mans job.
Talk about a mission field, framers are just about the bottom of the barrel. They can't work a real job, they've burnt every bridge of life, and since about mid-eighties drugs have plagued them.
I've tried to leave because it gets old, can't depend on most of them.
What I have noticed is they are humble believe it or not. I try to keep in mind the scripture, Gal. 6:9 "let us not be weary in well doing."
They know their lost and at times as the Lord leads I get to talk with them.
One of the perks of being older they trust me.
I've said all that to say this, there are many works of the flesh, Gal. 5:19-21, but men will do by nature what comes natural.
Granted some are worse than others, does'nt matter to God. There are no degree's of sinners.
It matters to Society because they thus judge a man by the outter things that man does.
Look at Society, if you follow all the rules they accept you, if you don't they will lock you up and throw away the key (old expression).
So we operate out of a different mind, if you will, a different wisdom, not the wisdom the world teachs but the wisdom of God.
It is the only knowledge that can operate in this earth, to any great effect.
There are two knowledge's in this world, the knowledge of good and evil, which is one knowledge, and the knowledge of the Lord.
His wisdom is, the person of Christ in you, the hope of glory.

  14. Hey nobleman,

Hope you are well. I got away from new construction about a decade ago. I generally stick to additions, remodels, repairs and outdoor carpentry on residential properties now days.

Framers can be an abrasive bunch, generally not worried with political correctness or even the laws of man at times, in cases. Yet I find many to be zealous believers and men of an older mold or casting as they are generally tough as nails and value what it means to be a man for them. Knowledge can be in many forms or fields. The knowledge of GOD, is ultimately of one accord though. It indeed is pride that can stem from self perceived knowledge and greed in the form of wanting to attain for self that stem the flow of knowledge or more accurately, change it into something unrecognizable, all while vailing the prideful and greedy, making them think they had never veered from the narrow path.

I have a passion and desire for building things, and by the grace and mercy of GOD, along with my obedience to GOD's Word, I hope to continue to build whatever I am lead to.

    Peace brother.

  15. I believe Paul teaches that all members of the body are of equal importance. Just think about why that is so for a moment. Some would fall into great pride while others would be greatly discouraged, thus causing disunity and fracture in the body for such is our fallen nature. Thank God that He by His Spirit has gifted each member of His body as it has pleased Him! For He knows our frame, He knows that we are dust.

  16. Praise and thank GOD indeed; as He alone knows of our potential and destiny as well. Though we were formed of lowly clay, we are filled with life by the breath of GOD. Though part of us by His Will alone, still wholly separate in substance from our general lowly state.

Indeed the body isn't to be lame for presentation to the bridegroom. We know the Christ to have been utterly perfect and without blemish in the sight of GOD. And surely though we see some being cast away or the whole being pruned and prepared, that whole that makes up the body of Christ, that strong Tree, is now growing not only outward, thank GOD, but upward, towards His light which is life and love.

    Humbly, peace

  17. Why the world rejects God?

' ... But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost:
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not,
lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.'

    (2 Cor. 4:3,4)

    'And you hath He quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
Wherein in time past ye walked
according to the course of this world,
according to the prince of the power of the air,
the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:
Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past
    in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind;
and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.
But God, Who is rich in mercy, for His great love wherewith He loved us,
Even when we were dead in sins,
hath quickened us together with Christ, [by grace ye are saved]
And hath raised us up together,
and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
That in the ages to come He might shew the exceeding riches of His grace
in His kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.'

    ((Eph 2:1-5)

    Praise God!
