  2. I put that first picture up at Easter time, a monument to the Resurrection. I was always going to come back and put this picture of the colosseum in Verona. If I remember correctly, it was the second largest [edited to say, I think that was the second best preserved] in the world, built about the year that Christ was crucified.

  3. LOL at the centurion. Maybe it's a text from Caesar. I like the pattern of the pavement in front of the collosseum, in the first picture it looked like water rippled in the breeze.

  4. It was raining lightly. I had an umbrella over the tripod. But no breeze, that is the pattern.
