They called him doubting Thomas
Because he was not there,
Labeled for the rest of his life because he found it hard to believe…others said He is alive, been resurrected, rose from the dead
but he missed seeing it struggled with what others said,
“Unless I see the scars,”
I want to believe…
But every one forgets
What He said when
Jesus revealed
His scars on hands
Scars on His feet.
The sword pierced side ,
Should we rename him
The one who said
“My Lord and my God!”
Or keep reminding me that once I had doubt?
