  1. the planet needs 3 or 4 more Vatican like places, different being these all handle the church within first. Before outside relations. to xxxx with all of this blame and everything else spineless in regard to the gospel and the God on Nazis and Hitler. where were/are those other countries?
    somebody build a Vatican like place, in other countries, Italy is strained, the little men an truth that remain. A Jesus Christ, church epicenter, handling strictly religious matters, the church itself within, in that country or nearby surrounding areas, a fortification, Christian cleansing, specialists and professionals. Lets see someone take responsibility initiative, take charge, lets see your front line men, pioneers, leaders who follow no one but by faith and Christ's bible, all of humanity. Make something from nothing, no safety net, different from the majority of billions and billions of people. The impossible is possible with God, he is rich to all who call on him and anyone who does will be saved

  3. Hello Godswillservices;

    God bless you and welcome to Christian Forum Site. I read and re-read your thread and do hear you. I get it. Over in my neck of the woods we could use a God headquarter to get things in place, big time! But this isn't how God works. He starts with each one of us, one at a time.

    The mess we see ourselves in during these times is overcome by God's good will. Example, we are included in His will and the way you and I served God and others yesterday, will point to new opportunities in which the Lord will use you, others and myself in the days to come.

    I feel His prompting for my wife and I to travel to Macedonia next year to share the Gospel in an unreached area and while there we hope to travel to Greece and share Christ in another unreached area. I can't take on both countries and believe me, they have their share of challenges but starting with one servant at a time, God can use people even during short periods of time.

    I feel inadequate because I wouldn't know where to start in Macedonia and Greece, and there's alot that needs to get done! We all who follow Christ find ourselves in the situation that I'm praying about should the opportunity be there for us to visit next year. But God gives me the "light" to see, that its not my abilities, talents, gifts or experiences that will allow me to get it done. The mission belongs to God and He is the one who will get it done. He will be the one who will direct my path and knows what I need to be equipped. I have all the faith He will make me effective for His purpose, again, because it's His mission.

    My relationship with Christ and dependence on Him is KEY for my participation in His mission. I find that our faith walk in Christ is to join His forces and allow Him to direct our paths. God sees the world and the task is huge, therefore, His delegation for each of us is His strategy that will accomplish His mission.

    Luke 10:2, 2 And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.

    God doesn't just send us out to the harvest. He sends us out and equips us.

    Ephesians 2:10, 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

    I hope this will help a little, Godswillservices. Meantime, I'm blessed you joined and look forward to our sharing more along with everyone else here.

    God bless you and your family, brother.

  4. As I was praying this morning... the Holy Spirit reminded me of ps 91. And how as nice as having a fortress around us would be heavenly, because we would be protected... the fortress that already surrounds us is His presence and His Love. When we make the choice to walk in His ways... He surrounds us like a shield.

    A long time ago... oh probably 30 years or so... I had this desire to just spend all my time in a church building. I believe i was looking for The Fathers protection and the security of being surrounded by His presence. But because I was so young I didn't understand that, that was what I was looking for, and I didn't know how to attain it.

    The Father in His graciousness has continued to teach me everyday how to build a trust in Him so strong that I am better equipped to sense Him surrounding me everyday.

    We will be praying for you my friend. May the blessings, peace and favor of the Father surround you and encompass you. And bring you the security that you seek.

  5. Hello CTurtle and FC Jim;

    Its good to fellowship with you folks, again! 30 years ago? I remember in 1987 my wife and I were trying to find our refuge. Things were crazy in 1987 while living in San Diego. Something was brewing in our spirits, and prompted us to move to the SF Bay Area. This is where the Lord established our marriage to serve Him.

    Psalm 91, 1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

    I appreciate you sharing a building trust in Him. I believe God strengthens and equips us, slowly but surely, to sense His surroundings daily. Good reminder, CTurtle.

    God bless you and brother Jim!
