Poem#47 Different Strength

Poem#47 Different Strength

Philippians 4, Isaiah 55

Still so much we don’t know about your way’s Oh Lord

Even as we study your word thinking about times of War

Not just abroad but the inner war anyone can face in Sickness

The World’s view of strength, World’s view of Peace isn’t God’s

Brute force like that of Goliath and God’s Humbled heart in David

The Giants of today may carry a different face, but God’s Doesn’t

Those walking around knowing a different kind of peace & Strength

While those taking care of their weaking broken down bodies Witness

During times the World says their dying, when their just beginning to Live

The Warriors of God carry a different kind of Strength that flesh can’t see

Warriors like Gideon, UnderDogs of Faith along with David, Esther, Ruth

And those Brave enough to get down on their Knees despite the Doubts

Because Sure their still dealing with anxiety & Fear along with Pride

Just like Paul was dealing with His While writing Letters for God for us

Whether we’re stuck in Prison, lying in a bed, Listening for Sirens of War

Phillipians 4:6-7, 4:13 brings an understanding beyond physical Strength

The Holy Spirit, Jesus brings Different Strength that surpasses Our Flesh

Kind of Strength that volunteers to climb on a Cross to defeat Sin, Death

Hello Walker;

What Poem#47 Different Strength says to me is since the Beginning, Chronicles, Redeeming Grace, Sanctification and Destruction of satan's plot, all belongs to God and nothing about the world's strength can match or overcome our Father's Might.

The understanding is when we give reverence to all that God reveals is the first sign of humbling ourselves before Him.

God bless
you, Kyle, and thank you for sharing.
