Poem#42 Seven
Revelation 1
We’ve lived a double life that of old ways, that of new
Still we’re nowhere near who Jesus has called us to Be
Because we’re still dealing with areas of Pride
All still means All have come short to the Glory of God
It’s still the Blood of Christ that washes away our Sins
Nobody but Jesus can boast, but He chose to die instead
For those that Believe Jesus is the Son of God who Died
Once and for All showing mercy to the Underserving Sinners
Yet at the same time showing Our Worth in Grace
We’ve Seen Nothing yet in terms of Faith unlike the Apostles
The Glory we Look Forward to seeing Face To Face will come
Until then Seek the Holy Spirit to work on areas of Pride
Keep reading God’s Word even the last book it’s not all prophecy
We still have much to Learn from the Helper of Truth the Holy Spirit
If it’s something we don’t understand, then Ask Him the Author
Ask Jesus which Seven areas of our Life do we need to work
Like the Seven Churches the One inside needs constant Work
Buildings are hollow, the Church of Jesus remains His Bride
Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega God Almighty the I Am
Since the Beginning the Revealing of His Glory to Our Rebirth
Until then Keep Discipling to make Disciples as He Called to Do
