With this poem I have laid down my pen so to speak in preparation in adding to the book collection and taking sabbatical until the Holy Spirit says it’s time to start writing again, I have been writing 2 and half years straight without taking time to reflect.
Poem#152 Left Standing
Philippians 2, Romans 14, Revelation 22
The more we go through the Bible More will see the Story of Jesus Christ
Especially after coming to the Cross & saying the Only name to be Saved
Truth Hits hard knocking us off our feet with His love catching our knees
It’s easy to get caught up in what the World is saying & not hearing Jesus
The devil plays the world so loud like directing his own choir from heaven
Remember the devil took a third of the angels in his fall
While the world get louder it’s more important then ever to stay focused
Keep learning all that God’s Word will teach us through Jesus’s Revelation
Through being Humble while the Holy Spirit reads us into the Light
The devil will be using scripture against us in twisting what we know
While gathering his Antichrists which has been among us all this time
Think the world has gone mad on its own? Spiritual warfare is battling
We should have no fear long as we’re staying strong in the Word of God
Learning more & more of God’s faithfulness & how God always prevails
We should also be making Disciples more then ever in loving Jesus
Persecution has been happening before our eyes all across the globe
The World will think it’s winning when in reality God’s ready to Deliver
Saving His People like God has time & time again like we’ve read
The More we read God’s Word from Genesis to Revelation & back again
We will learn how many times God put up His sleeves in working for us
Working in getting us to see the only One that matters, only One Name
When all is said & done this earth, the heaven we thought we knew
There before a New Heaven a New Earth will only be One left standing
Because every Knee will be bowing & confessing Jesus is Lord
The more we read God’s Word, the more will want to Praise the Name
All that we’ve should have be doing is praising Jesus in a loud joyful noise
As All of Heaven will be loud as Jesus will be left standing over the World
