Poem#103 Fufill Me
Luke 4
The devil couldn’t see it as he was blinded by his own glory
Glory that wasn’t his by the pride of his throne to his destruction
The temptations as it’s been written isn’t his, but God’s alone
God can’t be tempted by the thousands of cattle on a thousand hills
That’s already his, everything He allows He gives to take away for Good
For the good of fulfilling of His Word to remind us He’s God, He’s Holy
Jesus allowed Himself to be tempted for the fulfillment of His Truth
For the benefit of all that Believes He’s the Son of God to save us
From what He knows we’re going through as He went through it
God’s Word never changes as Jesus lives through the fulfilling
God’s Word comes alive like it’s always been alive & Sits down
If only we would listen to have the Word come alive in Us
Those in the day couldn’t see Jesus alive in the scrolls read everyday
When Jesus sat down & said I Am He they should have believed Him
Because of the hardness of their Hearts God used them for His Good
The scripture has been fulfilled, the Passover Lamb Sacrificed as written
Redemption remains for all that Believe Jesus is the Son of God who died
Jesus is the resurrection & the life as the temple was risen like He said
Father God let this be my prayer & everyone that reads this poem
Fulfill Me in the name of Jesus Christ that your Word will Fulfill Me
Alive to be your Word Fulfilled through those we Love to Love You
