  1. On Christmas Night

On Christmas Night a star shone so bright,
    They came bearing their gifts,
They came to praise on bended knee,
For all the world to see.

A babe was born in a manger so bear,
His mother laid him carefuly there,
AS there was nowhere for him to lay,
The wise men gave him gold, frankincense and myrrh,
The kings were guideed by the star.

The shepherds were minding their sheep,
But! they came and saw the babe asleep,
Mary his mother kept all these things with her,
He came so we will rejoyce and praise him each day.
