New Years Resolutions

  1. In 2015 I am determined to get fit and healthy.
    It's been bearly two weeks and I have hurt my chest training. I forget how fragile the human body is and ouch... :cry:
    Will I ever learn?
    Gentle running and training I think from now on. (n)
