    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Recipe is for 1” think salmon – vary cooking time depending on thickness or desired texture [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Ingredients:[/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Salmon
    Garlic Salt
    Brown Sugar

    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Place salmon fillet in baking dish[/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Squeeze juice from whole lemon over fish. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Cover dish with foil and place in pre-heated oven. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Bake for 20 minutes. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Remove from oven and pat a thin layer of brown sugar over entire fillet. [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Melt enough butter to drizzle over fillet (approx 1 tablespoon per pound of salmon). [/FONT]
    [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Place uncovered in oven for additional 10 – 15 minutes until fish begins to flake apart. [/FONT]

  3. I did this recipie using Silver Salmon this week and it just floored me with goodness. ya gots ta try it everybody. i'm serious as a chili burns your mouth. Go for it!! YUMMMO!!
