My love (A love note from Jesus)

My love

(A love note from Jesus)

Is my love like:-
a geyser
waiting anticipation then suddenly bursting forth,
A deep running stream,
An eddy on the edge of a meandering river,
A back water,
A stagnant pond,
Where ever My love is
My love is the same.

My love is out there
When only can be seen
A dried up river bed desperate for rain,
A tsunami bursting forth with such force and anger, bringing destruction, desolation, heartache and pain!

My love is like
the edge of a mighty lake lapping gently on the shore
Inviting all to,
‘Come on in, the waters fine!’

My love is fathomless
So deep like the oceans,
Measureless in time,
It’s hidden so deep
Sometimes a borehole dug is the only way it sees the light,
Is my love like an iceberg only a third can be seen,
Or like a sea full of zooplankton
Where all are free to come and feed,

My love is a river rushing over rapids crashing over rocks…then tipping over the apex of a waterfall crashing down, Nothing stops My flow
Spectacular, wonderful demonstration of My love!

It’s like floating in safe waters in the harbour when the storm tosses the sea around
Separating the calm waters from the storms

My love is like a spring merging from the ground
just a little trickle of water so Sweet
refreshing unpolluted by the world around,
like a Mountain stream
Thirst quenching for those who are struggling up the rocky path
Like an oases in the desert
Not a mirage!
My love.

My love is:-
oceans wide
Is Living water
“Drink of Me and never thirst again”
Like refreshing rain
Soaking to the skin

A well of living water that never runs dry
Like a spring of pure water, Bringing peace to troubled hearts
Just like water, seeking, flooding the lowest place,
Reviving refreshing,
Calms the storm

Jesus walked on water
Inviting all to step out
In faith
Baptising, bringing new life
Inviting all
To
Come on in,
the waters fine!
