Libby's Pumkin Pie .

  1. Libby's Pumkin Pie .

    Ingredients:
    Directions:
    MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.

    POUR into pie shell.

    BAKE in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350° F; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.

    don't forget a blop of vanilla bean ice cream and a hot cup of coffee...:D
     
  3. That could be dangerous. We just celebrated our Thanksgiving and my sister - in - law makes this pumpkin pie . It is the best.

  10. Just a simple take here on Dusty's Libby's Pumpkin Pie ... I usually make it up but I leave the pie shell out and just make up the basic recipe except that I change it around just a little bit ... here is what I do:

    Ingredients:
    • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
    • 2 large eggs
    • 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
    • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese - soft
    MIX sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger & cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin & sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in cream cheese. Place into a 2 qt. baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

    BAKE in preheated 425° F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350° F; bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Top with whipped cream before serving.
