Good Day, Friends; Today's message is a serious reminder for our readers who live along the southern, southeastern and eastern coastal areas of the United States. Far too often, we see complacency in our citizens regarding preparedness for things unseen. Proverbs 22:3 (NLT) states, " 3 A prudent person foresees danger and takes precautions. The simpleton goes blindly on and suffers the consequences."
And so it is when some persons along the hurricane prone coastal areas of America turn a blind eye to the possibilities and refuse to act in their own best interest until it is too late. The 2015 Atlantic Hurricane Season officially starts on June 01 and runs through November 30. The Government has set aside the last week in May as Hurricane Preparedness Week and we are asking all of our readers who reside along the coastal areas to visit the National Hurricane Center Preparedness Website listed below for a refresher on what to do to be safe. We also ask that persons in tornado prone areas monitor your local weather office for procedures to remain safe. Thank you and God Bless.
