    An intense cold front is making it's way across the northern plains at this hour. There are severe thunderstorm watches and warnings being issued in the Dakotas and Minnesota and these areas of concern will move easterly ahead of the storms today and throughout the rest of the week. Persons in the Dakots, Minnesota, Iowa, parts of Nebraska, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana and Ohio can expect some severe thunderstorm activity over the next 24 hours. Persons in Pennsylvania, parts of Kentucky, Maryland, Delaware and the New England states can expect the same over the next several days.

    If you do not already own a NOAA Weather Alert radio, this would be a very good time to obtain one! Tune to your local NOAA station as well as local media for updates, advisories, watches and warnings. Take care and be safe.
