I’m special
I’m something special
I’m architect designed,
Not an accident of colliding genes
Or the result of evolution from when the world began!
Made individual
When I was made me
They broke the mould,
In Gods image
Never made two exactly the same
Like snowflakes
Unique
one of a kind!
The God that created
The elephant and giraffe
Had the imagination to create the duck billed platypus,
Decided the shape of my nose
What colour my eyes would be
How big my feet will grow,
And all the other bits in between.
It’ll do for while I’m here on earth,
But been promised
The deluxe model for eternity!
Go on, have a good look
Your seeing Christ reflected,
Training to be part of the heavenly host,
That’s me!
I’ve learnt to love my earthly body
But looking forward to being transformed
You may only see a caterpillar
Munching leaves,
But just you wait and see me when I get my wings!!!
