    Now that the 2009 Hurricane season is over, we have reconfigured our Atlantic storm tracking and predictions software.

    From late Tuesday, Dec. 07 to late Thursday, Dec. 09:

    For persons in the Gulf Coastal States of Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, there is significant potential for severe storms, very heavy rains, strong, gusty winds and tornadic activity.

    For persons in inland states from Oklahoma throughout the central and upper Midwestern states as well as New England, there is a high probability of significant snowfall and near-blizzard conditions at times and in numerous states.
