How Many Of You Are Getting 8+ Servings Of Vegetables And Fruits A Day?

  1. and how do you do it, and how long have you been doing it?

    do you see any difference to your health?
  2. Yes. Through juices, juicing, and simple eating. I started around 5 years ago and lost over 100 pounds, keeping it off, but I formed other habits as well at that time.
  3. Juicing is best. Freshly made.

    Never use the processed stuff, it is junk.

    Best is whole fruit. Fibre and fills you up so you eat less.

    I also recommend adding raw barley to the diet.
  4. I can't say that I do. I am a very picky eater and not a big fan of most vegetables and definitely not any fruit other than the occasional apple or canned peaches.
  5. I use avocado oil, can I count it as a vegetable?
  6. No, it is a lipid aka a fat.
  7. I think I will count it as a fruit since its healthy.
  8. It is a healthy fat, but a fat.

    Like olive oil.

  10. Yes fats are good, as long as you control the amounts.
