Religious-sounding men draw near unto Him with their mouths and honor Him with their lips, but their hearts are far from Him. In vain do they worship Him, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. They set aside the commandment of God….TO HAVE LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER…in order to keep the traditions….the transmissions…of men.
Matthew 15:8-14 KJV

The “blind” lead the blind and both shall fall into the “ditch”…the grave. Jesus came to give us LIFE NOW….in the here and now…and if we listen to the wrong people in the pulpits, we PERISH along with them.
(14) Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.
Religious-sounding men come to us in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves and we are their prey because of the covetousness within their hearts….the abomination of desolation. MANY go down the way to the destruction of the mortal body. MANY are perishing…dying…because they are led astray from the commandment of God to do to men that we would have them do to us which is the law and the prophets.

Religious-sounding men strive among themselves in their envying and strife about who is accounted the greatest….
Luke 22:24-26 KJV
(24) And there was also a strife among them, which of them should be accounted the greatest.
….and they are called “benefactors”…do gooders…by all.
(25) And he said unto them, The kings of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them; and they that exercise authority upon them are called benefactors.
(26) But ye shall not be so: but he that is greatest among you, let him be as the younger; and he that is chief, as he that doth serve.
We can not…. out of the same mouth…. bless God and curse other men as we strive among ourselves about who is the greatest. Who is the correct “church”? Who is the “saved” church? Who is the greatest church that is approved of God because of our religious works? With the same mouth do we bless God and curse men….and are PERISHING because of it. What comes out of the mouth is what defiles a man. Men are as trees…and we are not to eat of the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good (blessing God) AND evil (cursing men). The fruit of these things is DEATH. The wages of sin is DEATH. Death is death…the mortal body perishes away to the grave because of what comes out of our mouths.

We are to live according to the Spirit and not behave in our envying and strife. Where there is envying and strife, there is confusion and EVERY EVIL WORK. We speak evil of others. We curse men of other denominations because they do not do our commandments nor believe like us. BUT NO ONE IS RIGHTEOUS…for all have turned away from doing the Truth and are pursuing their own ways and thoughts.
(16) For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.
(17) But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
(18) And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
When we speak evil of one another in our denominations of envying and strife, we are being JUDGES and not a DOER of the law of Christ: to have love for one another as He loved us and gave His life for us.

Using our mouths to bless God and curse men is the eating of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. When we speak evil of another, we are as JUDGES…. “gods”…”elohim”. “gods” = judges. When we do these things, we are not a DOER of the law of Christ. By “killing” another with our tongues that judge others, we SHALL DIE…perish in our sins. WE are not doing God "service" by killing others with our judgmental tongues.
(5) For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
Desiring to be seen as wise, religious-sounding men partake of that fruit…..to bless God and speak evil of others with the SAME MOUTH…the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. What comes out of the mouth defiles the “man”….the mortal body.
(6) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
If we desire to be seen as wise, we are instead to show out of a good conversation our works with meekness of wisdom and not behave with a mouth that speaks out of bitter envying and strife. This wisdom does not come from above. The beast ascends out of the abyss…..a heart full of envying and strife.
