GOD creates evil 1 John 1:5 -- This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. Isaiah 45:7 -- I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things. Does anyone know why GOD creates evil or allows evil things to happen to good people? If there is no darkness in HIM then why does HE want and desire to allow evil things to happen? For what purpose? A God who is all light could simply administer His righteous justice of light upon evil, not create evil itself. Not make matters worse but stop them in its tracks. Genesis 2:9 -- And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. We also see in the garden of Eden God made the Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil. So HE did, in fact, create Evil. Its first appearance was on the tree. In the form of a fruit which when digested would permeate the whole system into sin nature and feed knowledge of sin into the brain. Why didn't HE just make a tree of Good knowledge only? Then none of us would have ever had to sin. Let's face it -- no one needs evil in the universe. GOD made that clear that evil is useless -- "Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire." If Evil is useless then why did GOD create it in the first place? HE had useless fruit on HIS tree. Something I am confused about.
