Great site, there are many sites like these around...There are more advanced sites for guitar theory.....

I might post some of my recordings for anyone to listen to if you are interested...

Back home in Auckland we used to play loads of Hillsong stuff, Planetshakers etc etc...Looking to get back into gigging soon :D
