I asked you for the scripture you have that forms your view. Discussions between you and I going forward will only be on scripture. If you disagree with the scripture I quoted, understand that you saying the underlined does not debunk it. Only scripture corrects scripture.

Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.

Does sin sit with Christ ? No sir!!! So being sin minded would not be correct

1corinthians2:16
16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
So then is Christ sin minded ? No sir!!! For 1John 4:17 says
Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world. So then is Christ sin minded ? No and neither should we.

Now then how is this on 1 John 3:8
He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.
Would Jesus destroy the things of the devil if he loved him

I've been focusing on God more than ever lately. So I've been actually reading the bible daily. Ive tried to cut down on the curse words. I try to still talk nicely with my parents even when they start becoming annoying. Went from watching porn everyday to not even thinking about it. Not gonna lie today is the 6th day I went without porn or masturbation and I caved in. Sucks because im injured right now and sit at home all day, instead of being at work or the gym.

Would God be mad if Im still doing these bad habits but still working on it? Its very hard but im getting better, no doubt.

I pray for this person, Jesus be all over this person, let them live in their new body in Christ Jesus where there is no sin. Let them be free and worship You all day and night, let them put on music and dance for You Jesus like David did. Let the power of the Holy Spirit fall on Alang, let Your presence be so thick around Alang and the light be so bright that darkness can not overcome it!

A suggestion..... every time you feel the urge, go to God's Word. That way you are putting God first and putting something in its place. Just like in
Mat 12:43 — Mat 12:45

The problem is the more I resist the stronger the urge gets... on top of that I just lost my job so I have so much free time which is a bad thing really. I've been reading my bible a lot more and praying. I really need to start fasting as well.

That is what the devil does....he tries to make us think that he is more powerful and that we will never be free from the addiction. Keep up the good work of Bible reading and praying. Look on youtube for good preachers who can minister to you and fill your mind with the godly things, and how much God loves you and soon you will look back and rejoice because you don't know where that pesky junk went, or how long it has been gone :)

Havent watch any porn or masturbated since posting this but man I keep having dreams about sleeping with woman. One of them was even a co worker of mine lol.

The dreams are the devil's way to keep your mind focused on sex, because the more you are focused on it...then the easier it is to fall. So if you can try to not remember them. Meaning push them out of your mind and don't allow yourself to focus on them.

Amen thank you and thanks to everyone who commented in this post and prayed. Im sure thats the only reason ive been able to sustain this long because I never have for this long. This has set the record so far. Crazy how the devil can even mess with you in your dreams! Yeah im trying to stay busy. The other day I had a terrible urge but than I did a quick prayer and it literally went away in seconds.
 
All my sins where fixed forgotten and forgiven on the cross by Jesus Christ the Son of God. All sin is of the devil period. Jesus Christ the Son of God came to make us free from sin the righteous. A saved sinner is a righteous person as we are no longer sinners saved by grace as it does not exist in the gospel of Christ, it only exists in the preacher's dead church that has no clue what the bible says.

2nd Cor 5:[17] Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
[18] And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation;

So... It's pretty important to properly frame "Sin".... Sin is simply a word that means missing the mark or making a mistake.... Most often, we frame sin as moral failure where the sin is some sort of failure to comply with some absolute moral standard.... This often includes addiction...

My own experience is that deep rooted addictive "Sin" is better treated as needing healing than simple "Mistake"....

On the other hand.... Making mistakes as we blunder through life is often not framed as "Sin" at all.... Think of it this way... The way you live can allow God's blessing to flow in people's lives or it can create chaos, frustration, and pain.... When we make "Mistakes" - it creates chaos, frustration, and pain.... When we live to God - we participate in God's plan and He provides both to us and to others in ways that we never even recognize, and "Mistakes" often frustrate or hinder this....

Let's take one example.... Say your job as bouncer... If you do that job as if it's your service to God - how are you going to treat it? Are you going to take it seriously as if it's your service to God, while not letting it get to your head.... What blessings could that possibly provide? Many... You provide a "Safe" club environment which allows people to dance and have a good time... You quietly and invisibly keep things going straight... When you do your job well - people go home safely at night and nobody even knows.... What happens if you don't take it seriously that this is a service to God? You don't notice the "Mistakes" - the Sins... Get too frustrated... Get greedy.. Quit being observant... Get caught up in yourself instead of watching out for others... Bad things happen which creates chaos, frustration, and pain... These are all "Mistakes" which can have dire consequences...

I think sometimes we focus way too hard on "Bad habits" and we forget completely about the normal, every day "mistakes" (Aka sins) we make as we go through life that can cause big problems for ourselves and other people, and can hinder God in ways we never even see.....
