Does The Majority Of Christians Believe Or Are Skeptical?

  1. I was wondering of the Majority of Christians believe God of what they have read or actually had an experience with God. It seems that most christians at least here in the northeast dont believe much of the spiritual real or spiritual things and are just focus on books and knowledge. What about the sings and wonders that Jesus said that will follow; what about discerning of spirits. How many people that called themselves Christians are oppressed by the devil?
  2. The devil can still be at work in a christian. People can still have struggles with sins, addictions or illness. Demons don't play by rules and they are ruthless. If the people of God take a stand, demons are forced into submission. If we don't take a stand they will attack anyone. They will sneak a way in under a doorway, crawl through a crack and force their way in. As christians we have to be ruthless towards the devil and his demons or we will be caught. I'm still learning about this and want to overcome what the devil has done in my life. Everyday is a fight.

  3. It all comes back to sound doctrine...if a Christian believes part of the time they must "earn" the deliverance and blessings of God through some sort of religious works of some "moral" ability they have of themselves, and then at other times they believe the truth that its by grace through faith...they will be DOUBLE MINDED..and they are putting themselves in a position of powerlessness. Its is the TRUTH (grace and truth came by Jesus Christ) that is KNOWN that sets us free!
  4. Evangelists have made a race of stillborns for sure. I know a many "christians" who claim it in a way as saying they're not Jews or Muslims rather than following Jesus. They will end up in hell just like the others, only worse, because they believed a lie, the lie of "1,2,3, pray after me."

  5. Right there must be a born-again Spirit and power in the Spirit to be a real Christian...

Ro 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
10 ΒΆ And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

  6. Being in the northeast myself; I get easily discouraged living under the suppression of the area-and the weather doesn't help either. Add on top of that my sin....It can be overwhelming and 'easier not to believe'. I struggle with it. Then God will send a spark or revitalization-like seeing a new soul come to Christ....
  7. I strongly believe on what the book of
    Matthew 11:12
    New King James Version (NKJV)

12 And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.

We need to have a strong conviction and connection and ask God for discernment all the Time.

  8. That's why I believe what the word says about believers being baptised first in water and then in the Spirit. Being filled with the Holy Spirit of God is the key to living a powerful life for the Lord. I always like to think of the Holy Spirit as the power that charges the battery compartment of our spirit. The lesser you have of him the lesser charge hence weaker attitude to Christ leading to satan taking advantage of this.

Oh Holy Spirit more of you!!! <3
