  1. Diabetes!

    On February of this year(2009) I found out that I have type 2 diabetes. I changed my eating habits and lost 38 pounds. I was wondering if anyone else has diabetes and if anyone has any suggestions on how to maintain the weight and diabetes. Thank you for any helps.:smiley10:
