Deception

Hey Wounded! How've you been? Good to see you! Right on, my friend. We are to love the truth. If somethings popular, watch out. If it sounds good and makes us feel good; watch out. If it doesn't shine a mirror back into your soul and ask you to bow your heart, it must not be the Word of God. If repentance is a 5 minute ordeal and just consists of boldy telling your sins without turning from them, watch out. Each time we look at God's Word and turn away unchanged we risk hardening our hearts to Him. Seek to enter by the narrow gate. Hang on to Christ and set your hope soley on Him! Good to see you, man! God Bless!

CHAPTER 9
1 Oh that my head were waters, and mine eyes a fountain of tears, that I
might weep day and night for the slain of the daughter of my people!
2 Oh
that I had in the wilderness a lodging-place of wayfaring men; that I might
leave my people, and go from them! for they are all adulterers, an
assembly of treacherous men.
3 And they bend their tongue, as it were their
bow, for falsehood; and they are grown strong in the land, but not for
truth: for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith
Jehovah.
4 Take ye heed every one of his neighbor, and trust ye not in any
brother; for every brother will utterly supplant, and every neighbor will go
about with slanders.
5 And they will deceive every one his neighbor, and
will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies; they
weary themselves to commit iniquity.
6 Thy habitation is in the midst of
deceit; through deceit they refuse to know me, saith Jehovah.
7 Therefore
thus saith Jehovah of hosts, Behold, I will melt them, and try them; for
how else should I do, because of the daughter of my people?
8 Their tongue
is a deadly arrow; it speaketh deceit: one speaketh peaceably to his
neighbor with his mouth, but in his heart he layeth wait for him.

1 Would that ye could bear with me in a little foolishness: but indeed ye do
bear with me.
2 For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy: for I
espoused you to one husband, that I might present you as a pure virgin to
Christ.
3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve in his
craftiness, your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity and the
purity that is toward Christ.
4 For if he that cometh preacheth another
Jesus, whom we did not preach, or if ye receive a different spirit, which ye
did not receive, or a different gospel, which ye did not accept, ye do well
to bear with him.

13 For such men are false apostles, deceitful workers,
fashioning themselves into apostles of Christ.
14 And no marvel; for even
Satan fashioneth himself into an angel of light.
15 It is no great thing
therefore if his ministers also fashion themselves as ministers of
righteousness, whose end shall be according to their works.
19 For ye bear
with the foolish gladly, being wise yourselves.
20 For ye bear with a man, if
he bringeth you into bondage, if he devoureth you, if he taketh you
captive, if he exalteth himself, if he smiteth you on the face.
21 I speak by
way of disparagement, as though we had been weak. Yet whereinsoever
any is bold (I speak in foolishness), I am bold also.

Ephesians 4

Unity in the Body

1 Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God. 2 Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. 3 Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. 4 For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future. 5 There is one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 and one God and Father, who is over all and in all and living through all.

7 However, he has given each one of us a special gift through the generosity of Christ. 8 That is why the Scriptures say,
“When he ascended to the heights,
he led a crowd of captives
and gave gifts to his people.”
9 Notice that it says “he ascended.” This clearly means that Christ also descended to our lowly world. 10 And the same one who descended is the one who ascended higher than all the heavens, so that he might fill the entire universe with himself.
11 Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12 Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do his work and build up the church, the body of Christ. 13 This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ.
14 Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. 15 Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church. 16 He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love. Living as Children of Light

17 With the Lord’s authority I say this: Live no longer as the Gentiles do, for they are hopelessly confused. 18 Their minds are full of darkness; they wander far from the life God gives because they have closed their minds and hardened their hearts against him. 19 They have no sense of shame. They live for lustful pleasure and eagerly practice every kind of impurity.

20 But that isn’t what you learned about Christ. 21 Since you have heard about Jesus and have learned the truth that comes from him, 22 throw off your old sinful nature and your former way of life, which is corrupted by lust and deception. 23 Instead, let the Spirit renew your thoughts and attitudes. 24 Put on your new nature, created to be like God—truly righteous and holy.
25 So stop telling lies. Let us tell our neighbors the truth, for we are all parts of the same body. 26 And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry, 27 for anger gives a foothold to the devil.
28 If you are a thief, quit stealing. Instead, use your hands for good hard work, and then give generously to others in need. 29 Don’t use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
30 And do not bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way you live. Remember, he has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption. 31 Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. 32 Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.

There are many decievers out there, but this is their fate!

Jer 25:34 Howl, shepherds, and cry; and roll, leaders of the flock! For the days of your slaughter and of your scatterings are fulfilled; and you shall fall like a desirable vessel.
Jer 25:35 And the shepherds shall have no way to flee, nor the choice ones of the flock, to escape.
Jer 25:36 A voice of the cry of the shepherds, and a howling of the choice ones of the flock shall be heard; for Jehovah has spoiled their pasture.
Jer 25:37 And the peaceful pastures are cut down because of the fierce anger of Jehovah.
Jer 25:38 Like the lion, He has left His den; for their land is wasted because of the oppressor's pressing fury, and because of His fierce anger.

2 Thessolonians 2 the great falling away has began.Repent look to Yeshua of nazareth and be saved follow not blind guides and decietfull workers please hear what Gods word the bible says.

It was not my intention to criticize anyone, rather adress false teaching. As a new believer myself I was drawn to sweet inspirational words. As I grew I began to notice something missing and from some teaching. Now I know to test and discern all things using the Bible as the ultimate standard. I believe it is the duty of the believer to caution when it is needed, as we should if we see someone listening to another gospel.

"For if someone comes along and preaches another Jesus than the one we preached, or should you receive a different spirit from the one you received or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you are all too willing to listen." 2 Corinthians 11:4

God Bless you all, and I'm sorry for any offence I may have caused anyone personally.

May the love and peace of Christ be with you all,
mike

Your a blessing brother Mike

Deception is the first of the principalities of the evil one, then followed by lies to cover the deception for the purpose of theft of mind (belief) or (materialism) when the lies are exposed slandering follows to cover up the lies caused by the deception. When this fails hate follows and the murderous intentions are created. For what purpose selfimage (Self domination)

The principalities of the evil one

Deception lies theft slandering hate murderous self domination.

The purpose for deception is for selfimage, The devil uses his deception to create himself in his own image and so does his children. Can you see his children?

Those who have a Love for the truth will be guarded from deception. But those who reject the love of the truth and have pleasure in unrightiousness will be given over to great deception.

Believe Jesus. Believe his words.

As Jesus said:

John 6:63
It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

All His Words.

All Praise The Ancient Of Days
