  1. Christian Gun Owners

I am the administrator at Christian Gun Owners,

We are a Christian forum for gun owners or people interested in firearms.

Our site is divided into a section just for Christian discussion, a general chit-chat area, firearms related topics, politics, scientific discussion, a trading post for registered users, and offers free banner advertisements for Christian or firearm related companies. The Lord has truly blessed the site and it has grown tremendously in a matter of months. The site is very active for its size. Anyone who would like to visit is welcome to join. If you have any questions feel free to ask. :)
  2. Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition!:D
  3. I'll see ya there Rev!

I too LOVE the small of gunpowder in the mornng!!
  4. As you can tell by clicking on my profile, I was in law enforcement for 21 years and have taught firearms safety classes in 5 states since 1989.

I'll drop in to your forum as time permits and thanks for mentioning it to us.

Some persons who have had firearms rights taken away world wide may not agree with the foundation of your forum and organization. However, those same persons are now less safe in their home environment because of the various governments who feel that the private ownership of firearms is not necessary. This is another step into worldwide Socialism where everyone is made equal - except for the law abiding citizens who are victimized by the criminal element who have no intention of following the 'law'.

In countries where personal ownership of firearms has been eliminated, statistically, the crime rates skyrocketed in a short period of time because there is no longer a deterrent applied to the criminals, so the incidence of home invasions, armed burglaries and muggings are at an all time high in those countries. You will not read about these statistics in media because media is part of the problem in perpetuating the Socialist agendas of governments throughout the world and publishing only what the agenda of the government is... not the actual truth.

As an independent firearms instructor for women in 5 US states, I can personally attest to the deterrent factor to keep criminals at bay when the personal ownership of firearms has not been curtailed by government.

CZRev - thanks for the URL link to your forum and hopefully, your membership will increase as a result of certain 'happenings' in the USA over the past 9-1/2 months.

For those persons who live in countries where the private ownershop of DEFENSIVE firearms has been taken away - do your homework and research the crime statistics in your area by bypassing the media - and getting to the factual data. You will be shocked at what you see on your own - those bits of data that the media and government does not want you to see.

Blessings to all - especially the victims of criminal activity where the ability to fight back has been taken away.

Remember the admonition from Paul in his letter as written in 1 Timothy 5:8 (NLT):

"8 But those who won’t care for their relatives, especially those in their own household, have denied the true faith. Such people are worse than unbelievers."

This includes their well being and safety. Now, if government does anything to prevent you from following Paul's orders, then what kind of government is in charge in your area or country ? Certainly not a government based upon God's laws and principles...

I been out in the back woods clearin' out some brush from the ice storm
that took down a couple million trees in these here parts of Kentucky back
in late January 2009. What a mess... branches down in places 6 feet deep.

I always keep my trusty Ruger Blackhawk .357 mag with me in the woods
    - just in case.

Y'all have a good day and take care.
  10. Paducah, If you start to get involved on the CGO forum you will see that I have a love for Ruger single actions. Glad to have all of ya.

  13. Thanks, I'll have to check it out!

I've been shooting since I was born.

I just bought a used, but mint Glock 22 today. Surprised myself with how well I could shoot it. I'm so excited to get it and some ammo as soon as I can.

Got about $1200 worth, almost new too, for $750!
  14. Awesome, we are glad to have all of ya!
  15. :glasses:I got a 22 long rifle by Marlin. I got so good at it I can plug a quarter at 50 yards without a scope:glasses: . I love my little gun!:D ooo yeah!
  16. my hubby has a small handgun and then a millinium pro something or another. Is anyone having trouble getting any ammo? Aparently here we would be on a waiting list to get any ammo because of the high demand in Iraq, and when Obama went into office rumors flew about how they were going to ban guns, so everyone went buck wild on getting as much ammo as possible :(
  17. That's too funny! I'm going to have to send that one to my 11 year old daughter!
  18. Here's a .22 for you!
