  1. Christ is the Damond

    THE DIAMOND

Christ is the diamond, so beautifully cut, with multiple facets so bright.

Around Him stands all manner of men, and each sees one aspect of light,

    Christ turns but a fraction, and the sparkling lights change;

    New wonders the viewers perceive.

Each light somewhat different; Specifically meant, for the ones who the Spirit receive.

None has the right to say to another, the light that you see isn’t true.

The facet for him was cut for his purpose; yours was cut only for you.

But all viewers jointly, their own lights held true,

    make a composite brilliant reflection.

    It’s the Body of Christ….. The Diamond’s intent…..

    TO MIRROR ITS WONDROUS PERFECTION.

  2. The diamond .. at first a lump of coal .

all the pressure over the years is what makes it so sparkling and splendorous .

in every way a diamond is so much like what we are becoming in Christ .

especially in relation to its prismatic qualities .

Thank you for sharing this :)

  3. Thanks ... Wonderful expression of our Saviour's love for us . Nice gifting of poetry .

We are all diamonds in the rough and as Jesus puts us through lifes trials and we shine through them , each time gets better and better untill we can see our reflection of the our Saviour who created us for His relationship and fellowship .

  4. Beautiful in its message. I especially like:

"None has the right to say to another, the light that you see isn’t true.

The facet for him was cut for his purpose; yours was cut only for you."

No "cookie cutter" Christians here. Thanks for sharing this lovely work. :)
