  1. Chicken Recipe

I just cooked an awesome meal with a great recipe for the chicken, Im gonna share that with you, so here it is.

    You will need:

4 Chicken Breasts ( or how ever many you want to cook )
    60g butter
    Dried Oregano
    Garlic Powerder
    Salt & Pepper (Optional)
    2 Fresh lemons

Pre heat the oven to 200*C - Gas mark 6
Sprinkle chicken with oregano and garlic power, approx 1 / 2 teaspoon of oregano and a pinch of garlic powder, not too much.
Put the butter in a roasting tin, and put in the oven to melt the butter.
Add the chicken, to the roasting tin and then turn chicken over to cover in butter, Sprinkle with salt & pepper, optional.
Put tin in the oven for approx 30 mins, or until the top is golden brown.
Turn chicken over and cook for another 30 mins or until the top is golden brown.
Reduce heat to 150*C - Gas mark 2 and cook until tender, between 10 - 20 mins is good.
    Squeeze lemon over chicken.
Or as I did, squeeze lemon juice into a cup, filter out the "bits" and use a food brush to glaze all the chicken pieces until none is left.
Cover and let rest in turned off oven for 15 mins.

    THen serve.

    It tasted fantastic!
    Highly recommend this.

We need a recipe section :)

  2. Good suggestion. I will put it forward .... Thanks .... Your chicken sounds devine..... What would be the temp in Farenheit ? .... As that is what we have here. I guess it would be about 350 degrees.

  3. 200*c is about 390*f
    150*c is about 300*f

  4. A recipe subforum would be great:)

  5. We are working on it. Thanks for the suggestion.:D
