  1. Praise Ye the Lord!
Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in His commandments.
His seed shall be mighty upon the earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness shall endure forever.
Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.
A good man sheweth favor, and lendeth: he will guide his affairs with discretion.
Surely he shall not be moved forever: the righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance.
He shall not be afraid of evil tidings: his heart is fixed, trusting in the Lord.
His heart is established, he shall not be afraid, until he see his desire upon his enemies.
He hath dispersed, he hath given to the poor; his righteousness endureth forever; his horn shall be exalted with honor.
The wicked shall see it, and be grieved; he shall gnash with his teeth, and melt away: the desire of the wicked shall perish.
    Psalms 112 kjv

  2. Well I can see right off that
I am a blessed man for I fear or reverence the Lord and delight greatly in His Commandments. Wealth and Riches shall be in My House. "So Long poverty"
My righteousness will endure forever and there will be light in the darkness
I give unto the poor or needy or just plain GIVE...."so long poverty"
No Poverty mentality in this house for it is not what I can do but what HE WILL DO !!

Praise God I am the head and not the tail and I am blessed coming and going in the country and in the city. The things my hands set forth to do shall prosper for I go from glory to glory in the name of the Lord. He is my refuge and safety place and Has given His angel charge over me. I am redeemed of the curse of the law and the Blessing is restoring every cell of my being. I was born with incorruptible seed the very word of God and He placed His spirit in me for my spirit being is made up of My Fathers DNA Glory be to God.

Jesus is my Lord and My Savour and advocate my redeemer and my Big brother He is my everything and I am going to be where ever He is and I am going to be doing what ever He is doing for in Him is my happy place.

Glory Be To God I am a Born Again Man a new creation a new creature full of the power and authority of His written word and covered in His blood and I walk in Favor and healing and IN HIS GRACE.. Glory be to God I am His forever more and then some too.
    God Bless

  3. What I like is that all our enemies will see the Lord blessing upon his children, and all the wicked will see it and be grieved!!!!

Psa 23:4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Psa 23:5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Psa 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.

  4. This psalm speaks to me of Shadrach, Meshach and Aded-Nego going into the fiery furnace and coming out unscathed and blessed.

  5. Brother we can never loose. To live is Christ, to die is gain. It is a win/win situation for the Church. All things are possible to him that believes.

  7. Yep they HAD FAITH in God !! Not wavering or doubting or FEARFUL but they BELIEVED in what God had told them. I mean come on here is 3 young men standing up to the big man in the land and telling him that their God will deliver them and then their next boldness simply rocks my world. They tell the king that even if God could not deliver them they would still NOT bow and worship his god or idol or big toe. Notice they were not saying if He does we live and if He doessn't we die. Oh no they knew God would but they were BOLD in their love and trust in God and told this king, like kingy dude, you need to get real cause me and my boys here , well we aint serving your god or anything you have even if our God was not able to deliver us. Now that is how we all should be. Wow them boys rock !
    Blessings

  8. Yah man! AND they even told the king that they didn't need to answer him in the matter. That is how unintimidated they were of the king and securely confident they were in God!

  9. Ya know in thinking of them.....It's neat to realize that they had no Bible, they just had Daniel's word on this. So they had to trust the man of God that God placed as prophet over them in that time. How much more are we blessed because we have the complete Word of God at our finger tips.

  10. Look at Daniel and king nebuchadnezzar. The king said you aint going to pray and daniel just as well went home and opened up his window and said listen to me I am praying...

Most people think the king ran babylon but Daniel did. Look at how many changes happened from Daniels prayers over the kings wishes. Prayer changes things....

  11. Amen and God is my source and He did place a man of God over me as my spiritual father and it has changed my life. I take his word for what he says for he only says what God has taught him. Trust !!
    Blessings

  12. Just thought I would write out the nlt version. It really blessed me the other day when i read it.

    Praise the Lord!
How joyful are those who fear the Lord and delight in Obeying His commands.
Their children will be successful everywhere; an entire generation of godly people will be blessed.
They themselves will be wealthy, and their good deeds will last forever.
Light shines in the darkness for the godly. They are generous, compassionate, and righteous.
Good comes from those who lend money generously and conduct their business fairly.
Such people will not be overcome by evil. Those who are righteous will be long remembered.
They do not fear bad news; they confidently trust the Lord to care for them.
They are confident and fearless and can face their foes triumphantly.
They share freely and give generously to those in need. Their good deeds will be remembered forever. They will have influence and honor.
The wicked see this and be infuriated. They will grind their teeth in anger; they will slink away, their hopes thwarted.

  13. Praise THE Lord! (Hallelujah!) Blessed (happy, fortunate, to be envied) is the man who fears (revers and worships) the Lord, who delights greatly in His commandments.
His [Spiritual] offspring shall be mighty upon the earth; the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
Prosperity and welfare are in his house, and his righteousness endures forever.
Light arises in the darkness for the upright, gracious, compassionate, and just [who are in right standing with God].
It is well with the man who deals generously and lends, who conducts his affairs with justice.
He will not be moved forever; the [uncompromisingly] righteous (the upright, in right standing with God) shall be in everlasting remembrance.
He shall not be afraid of evil tidings; his heart is firmly fixed, trusting (leaning on and being confident) in the Lord.
His heart is established and steady, he will not be afraid while he waits to see his desire established upon his adversaries.
He has distributed freely [he has given to the poor and needy]; his righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God) endures forever; his horn shall be exalted in honor.
The wicked man will see it and be grieved and angered, he will gnash his teeth and disappear [in despair]; the desire of the wicked shall perish and come to nothing.

  14. clarification: the comment above is related to mentioned verse, this is a bible study : )

Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness shall endure forever.

Am trying to address poverty that is a situation of even of good Christians around the world...

  15. Your right that it is...but it does not have to be. It was never a part of God's plan for our lives.

If people believe that is how they are supposed to live, or that it is acceptable...then that is all that they will have. God sends people into places that are poverty stricken to heal, save and share the wealth of God's goodness in every way possible. To bring the garden of eden to every corner of the earth

Yes, I think that can sum it right : "it does not have to be"

Reminds me of a Marriage vow…
for rich and for poor, in sickness and in health.... it is a yes, come what may….
Although yes: it does not have to be poor or sickness, who couple would want that?

Regarding the verse mentioned, I think I got it wrong...
it is not about "come what may, the Lord is with us"... but rather "a blessings for a man who feareth the Lord"

indeed, a blessed man follows blessings….

Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord, that delighteth greatly in His commandments.
His seed shall be mighty upon the earth: the generation of the upright shall be blessed.
Wealth and riches shall be in his house: and his righteousness shall endure forever.
