There is more than one but one is Almighty. So you are saying that there are lots of gods but among all of them one is higher in rank than the others. Is that what you are saying?
Idk what their tasks are, but I personally beleive mythology has to do with fallen angels. That's as best as I can tell you. Although satan is also called a god in 2 conrinthians 4:4 . Judges and kings were also called gods aswell.

I guess you did not know, but this verse describes Satan. IT is not about a god, that is on the level we were talking about as you had said, "there are many gods. but ONE is Almighty".
Is the god here in 2 Cort. 4:4 the Almighyt one you were talking about?
If you read verse #3 of this chapter you will see the lost and in this verse you quoted, they are "UNBELIEVERS" who this god seems to control. .

Yes i'm very aware that this describes satan. Paul wrote Corinthians not me. It cleary calls Satan a god does it not? There is only 1 Almighty God.
So then you are saying that Satan is that Almighty god????

Think of it like this. He is the very first creation of God. Before his creation there was no earth planets or anything. After he came into existance. Then he assisted in the creation of things

"For by him (Christ) all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him".
According to this verse, which you posted, Jesus the Christ is the God of Creation.
