Are you fully persuaded ?

Rom 4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Abraham believed God and it was counted to him as righteousness. He was a man who was willing to forsake all to heed the call. Such a man can always be used of God to do great things but it took that one key ingredient; he was fully persuaded that God would and could do what He promised. How about you, are you fully persuaded?

I would certainly like to think I am fully persuaded to do ANYTHING God asks me to do; however, honestly, I do have my doubts.

There are days when I have no doubts, but there are days when doubt seems to rule me. :(

I call that the human aspect of this world. :sad02:

Yet God still made Abraham and Sarah wait 25 years for the promised son Isaac to be born. Why did God do this? I believe He did it to encourage you and me to wait until God acts. It's a test of our trust and patience, not so that God will know how strong or weak our faith is, but so that we know.
