  5. No, not at all. I am a major book worm, I would read the dictionary over going to a party.

  7. Well then if you are not the party type....then you are in the perfect place and attitude of the heart to go far in God and be His mouthpiece in the world. And even if you do have trust issues.....God can fix those as well! :) God loves you just as much as He loves Jesus, and those who show up and say "Sir, yes Sir" where or what can i do for you now....those are the ones who are used by God to bless others and do great things for Him. Even if that great thing looks like something small it is still great to Him! Because all of His children are important to Him!

May the Lord bless you with grace and peace abundantly!

  8. We have people from several ethnic groups, but I am unaware of Filipino members (but we don't usually inquire, and looks are not always accurate).

I don't know about being noble, but out group is very active. We care and support each other with friendship. These people helped me, when I really needed it! In addition to regular meetings, We run a supply sharing program. Someone can walk in and leave off unneeded supplies, or select whatever supplies we have, no questions, no payment. Next month we are having an event to raise money for the Youth Rally an organization that provides a supportive and educational camp for young persons with ostomies, staffed by persons with ostomies.

  9. Yeah you are right, sometimes i'm afraid , i may look like a super self righteous, and i don't want to be one, it's just so wrong, is it wrong to be true? I mean, if i don't like a certain person because he or she have a fake attitude hypocrite i must say, is it wrong of me that i'm just civil towards them? Or i need to force my self and reach out to them?since... i'm a christian and i need to make friends to all?

  10. A noble job, nevertheless, all volunteers are, all of you are christians?
  11. But it is wrong that instead of doing productive like making friends, i read instead the whole day, being an introvert it a bad thing?

  12. ;)
    THANK you!!
  13. I'll be completely honest with you; I don't have a great amount of friends as I am working or reading all the time.
Being a minister I see people who I see every Sunday as my congregation, as a minister it would be improper for me to create any relationship aside from my duties.
I am not overly sociable with others my own age, I tend to get along with others considerably older than me.
The answer - no, it isn't a bad thing; God will help us out of this little problems.
  14. I think the best thing is to be fully connected to the Holy Spirit, so that when He wants you to say something to someone......He will tell you what to say and you will have no questions.

So reading and familiarizing yourself with the truth of the Word of God, and developing a strong relationship with The Father is first priority, and extremely healthy. Praying for those whom act like hyprocrites....and being cordial, can be the beginning. God calls us to love all others even our we know that it's really important. And again as your praying for those whom you have issues with, for God to intervene in their lives and draw them closer to Him.....then you are staying open to when, how or even if God wants you to make friends with them or be more than cordial.
    Hope this makes sense :)

  15. Bu

But they always bullied me because of it, they said the reason i didn't have a boyfriend eventhough i have a face and body (they said it, not it's because i'm too conservative for my own good, they said i need to mingle and lossen up, sometimes, everyday my co workers and friends keeps bugging me,,heey get yourself a're almost 28 and still single, you're like a nun,,you're like that, you're like this, it's so annoying most of the time, they are not christians, that's why don't understand the word FAITH and RIGHT TIMING, though sometimes, i get affected by them. Sorry...i wrote a diary here. Lol

  16. Just wanting you to be encouraged....Because we all know that God is looking down at you and smiling and saying to Himself....."that's my girl". And we know that in God's eyes....what those in the office or world say doesn't matter.
Blessings of grace and peace be yours in abundance

  17. That's what i keep saying to myself to remember. Thank you bro.
  18. Cturtle is correct.
I was merely supplying you with my story to show you that even ministers such as myself have our imperfections and problems.

  19. Yup, as what our pastor said last sunday, it's ok to recieve critism but don't get affected to much of their comments or what they think of you, because at the end of the Day it's God reaction , approval or thoughts that matters the most.
