Bible love never tie your shoe laces in Paris. I don’t quite get that one? You say best wear slippers instead. Why : )
My best guess, it’s a play on the word ‘pairs’.
Word pairs ? Slippers are solely meant for home. They not pair so well. Non lace shoes
might be a better pairing for outdoors shoes.Hello BibleLover;

Then it dawned on me.
In Paris, it’s a romantic city for proposing is it not?
And the guy is knelt in one knee, outside the eifle tower and she seems shocked with her mouth covered by her hand.
So the punchline being wear slippers so she doesn’t get the wrong idea??
Am I right?

It looks like he's about to propose, but he's just tying his shoe.
